Knowledge is power and the best thing any organization can do is educate and provide training for managers and supervisors on how to prevent injuries as well as OSHA guidelines, and company processes and procedures for injury reporting. Your managers and supervisors are on the front line and hear and see what’s going on in your business day to day.

So, now that we know that safety issues have a financial impact, how can you help your business reduce employee injuries and use mobile forms for training on safety topics? Are safety and injury reporting part of your onboarding for new managers and supervisors for injury reporting and prevention? If not, it should be. How often are you providing training? Do your managers and supervisors know where to go to ask questions as they arise for injury reporting?
